The Role: Senior Sales Manager
As Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the repositioning and commercial success of the new Sheraton Stockholm. Your mission is to sell a modern, lifestyle product and act as the hotel's professional representative to the domestic and international market. You will:
- Drive revenue growth and exceed hotel targets across rooms, groups, F&B, conference, and banquet business.
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships within an existing client portfolio while developing new, strategic partnerships.
- Act as a ambassador for the new Sheraton Stockholm, promoting the hotel's image domestically and internationally.
- Work strategically with the Head of Sales to develop and implement effective sales action plans that achieve both individual and hotel revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strengthen our presence and deliver consistent, profitable results.
Your Profile: The relationship strategist
We are seeking a colleague who possesses the strategic mindset and relationship focus required to sell a newly launched premium product.
- You are a skilled networker who excels at building trust and long-term client loyalty.
- You possess a creative approach to packaging and sales solutions, always striving for excellence.
- You maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and adapt strategies effectively.
- You are ambitious and results-oriented (working excellently both independently and as part of a team).
Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of three years in a hotel sales manager role within an international luxury or lifestyle hospitality brand.
- Experience within hotel Groups & Events Team or Operations Team is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of industry standards, commercial dynamics, and global trends.
- A well-established domestic and international client-network, particularly in the Nordics.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving profitable business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English; a third language is an advantage.
- Energetic and innovative approach, balancing analytical thinking, attention to detail, and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, preferably a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA).
